WHO ARE WE?
We are husband and wife who have worked in clinical research for over two decades. Both Chris and Barb have worked across many sectors and have extensive experience in health data and clinical trials.
CHRIS BRAITHWAITE
Senior Data Engineer
Chris studied Applied Physics at University but quickly joined the I.T. sector working for the oil and gas industry. He has over 25 years experience designing and engineering data workflows for academic / clinical research institutions and health care providers. Chris specialises in mapping & integrating complex data environments into project workflows and designing bespoke data capture systems. During his career, Chris has managed research driven I.T. departments, giving him a unique insight into the business critical processes and systems required for this sector. He has extensive experience developing solutions in areas such as Tropical Medicine, Oncology, Public Health and Paediatrics to name a few.
BARB BRAITHWAITE
Clinical Data Engineer
Barb graduated from University with an Honours Degree in Computer Science. She went on to work in software development for the telecoms industry. Barb shifted her focus to clinical research and has over 15 years experience managing study life-cycles across many areas including paediatric research, oncology and haematology.
